I’ve written quite a bit about various email issues in messages we write, but let us look at a growing problem with email we receive: phishing email.

Phishing emails are fraudulent or hoax messages that masquerade as a trustworthy entity, with a goal of acquiring your sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card details.

Common Craft has produced a very clear video which will help you recognize, prevent and report a phishing email, when (not if) you receive one.
